What the venue offers
The Woodbury Room offers a built-in stage, four screens, microphones, a podium and flexible seating for meetings, presentations and workshops. The Courtyard, Gallery and Breezeway can provide additional space for meals, breakout sessions, registration and networking throughout the day.
Morning
Coffee and pastries on the bar counter, screens mirrored from your laptop, the agenda on the podium.
Sessions
Rounds for workshops, long tables for working sessions, or theater rows for a presentation.
Lunch
Any caterer you like, served in the Courtyard.

Hours
409 Woodbury can accommodate events beginning as early as 8 AM, depending on the event and venue schedule. Our most common 5-hour weekend celebration times are 10 AM–3 PM and 5 PM–10 PM. Earlier start times, additional hours and full-day rentals may also be available. Outdoor music must end by 10 PM. Everyone is out by 11 p.m.

Two private indoor restrooms, plus two additional private restrooms near the Courtyard.

Before you ask
Can we present from our own laptop?
Yes. The four wall-mounted screens support screen mirroring, and the AV system includes microphones and a podium.
How many people can the room hold?
The Woodbury Room seats 50 at the tables and chairs we provide, or about 60 cocktail-style. Add the Courtyard for lunch or a reception of up to 150.
Can we book on a weekday?
Yes. Weekday and Friday pricing is available. Send your date and we’ll follow up with availability and pricing.
Do you have a preferred caterer?
No. Bring any caterer you like. Prep and counter space is ready for them; there’s no stove, so food arrives ready to plate or warm. Which area they use depends on the space you rent.
