The Courtyard seats 100 and holds 150 standing. For weddings, we can seat up to 100 as part of your wedding package. The Woodbury Room seats 50 at the tables and chairs we provide, or about 60 in a cocktail-style layout. The Breezeway is a connecting space, and the Gallery is a flexible support and transition space. Book the full venue for the largest events.

Each space includes its standard venue furniture, which can be arranged to suit your event. Setup assistance may also be available.

WiFi is available. Two private indoor restrooms, plus two additional private restrooms near the Courtyard.

Prep and staging areas are available for catering and food service, depending on your event setup and rental package.

Umbrellas are available for daytime events, and heat lamps can be added for cooler evenings.

Available Extras: Additional furniture, specialty rentals, setup assistance and other event-day extras may be available depending on your event.

Yes to outside catering. Outside food and licensed vendors are welcome with no preferred-vendor list, and outdoor food vendors like a taco stand are welcome too. Alcohol may be served by a licensed and insured bartender who meets venue requirements. We also have trusted bartenders we’re happy to recommend. There is prep and counter space for your caterer, but no stove, so food arrives ready to serve. Which area you use depends on the space you rent.

Yes. Many hosts start in the Breezeway, move to the Courtyard for dinner, and finish in the Woodbury Room. The rooms connect, so guests move without going out to the street. Rent the Woodbury Room, the Courtyard, or the full venue. The Breezeway and the Gallery connect them and become part of your event.

The Woodbury Room has a built-in stage, four screens, an AV system, microphones, and a podium for toasts, panels, and presentations. Bring your own DJ or band. We’ll go over sound levels and end times for your date when you book.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring florals and decor. Ask us about candles, confetti, and anything attached to the walls before your event.

409 Woodbury can accommodate events beginning as early as 8 AM, depending on the event and venue schedule. Our most common 5-hour weekend celebration times are 10 AM–3 PM and 5 PM–10 PM. Earlier start times, additional hours and full-day rentals may also be available. Outdoor music must end by 10 PM. Everyone is out by 11 p.m.

The Woodbury Room is on the ground floor. Ask us about step-free entry, restrooms, and parking for your guests and we’ll walk you through the details on your tour.

A signed rental agreement and $500 retainer are required to reserve your date.
